I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to address a recall. the tires were never rotated and now I will have to either do them myself or bring them in somewhere to get it done now as that was part of my service request. I brought car for oil change and tire rotation.AJ immediately realized there was something wrong with the car . Coolant was empty and a leak ..much to my dismay he said it would take 3 hrs🙄..but he could give me a loaner😊 ..so I could continue with my errands on my day off. The bill was explained completely and was even offered a rebate on a couple of a parts that were installed. Very happy with my experience at dealership
